My Story

Hi, I’m Shaleek, Principal Storytelling Partner and Communications Strategist at By Blackburn.

At its core, Brand-Changing Storytelling is never just about the words. It’s about curiosity and connection. Building understanding and earning trust.

From Hollywood to Higher Education, I’ve uncovered, shaped, and shared stories that connect strategy, people, and purpose across entertainment, philanthropy, and financial services.

I’ve held many titles, including bylined writer and publicist, but storyteller is the one that’s never changed.

What I know for sure is that storytelling is 100% my thing.
